the deskman is very friendly and helpful. the pool was dirty and ice cold (like swimming in a frozen lake. my kids got bit up by flees (apparantly they allow pets at this hotel). they try to charge more for the room than you pay for it on travel website the last nite of your stay. there are other hotels walking distance from this one like super motel 8....i would stay anywhere else other than the americas best value inn.

The motel was a little hard to find, even with Mapquest directions. The room was very nice, very clean and quiet. The bed could have been more comfortable, but was decent enough. The room had a nice shower with plenty of hot water. I would definately stay there again. I would recommend this motel.

08/01/2006This hotel was wonderful! the staff was very accomodating and friendly. i continue to visit sierra vista and only stay at the america's best value inn.
